The Davis Phinney Foundation recently hosted a virtual event called the Virtual Summit. They addressed topics like neuroplasticity, intensity, the value and differences between cardio and strength training, and more! Research has shown that exercise can be an extremely powerful tool to improve mood, memory, cognition, strength, balance, flexibility, gastrointestinal conditions, cardiovascular health, coordination, and the list goes on.

Throughout the event, they conducted several "movement breaks" of different forms of exercise like Tai Chi, LSVT BIG, boxing, and more! This was a great opportunity for people to experience different forms of exercises that may be helpful for them!

Did you miss the event? Don't worry! The Davis Phinney Foundation recorded the entire event. Click the button below to watch the recordings.
